Announcing: No-Time-Limit Visits and New Services

The beginning of a new year is always a good opportunity to reflect and adjust. This is true for each of us personally, but also for Purrmore Cat Care as a business. I am excited about everything the new year has in store for us! With the distribution of vaccinations, many new cats that were adopted in the past year, and the time spent with our furry friends while working from home, I am looking forward to a thrilling year ahead.

I am excited to announce some upcoming changes to our services and the launch of new services.

Announcing: No-Time-Limit Visits

So far, cat visits have been officially booked as 30-minute or 60-minute services, which is a common standard in the pet care industry. However, I find that one size does not fit all cats. Some cats are fine with a short visit, but others want to sit in my lap and get pets for hours or have so much energy and want to run through their tunnel many more times. I love spending time with your cats, and I want to give them all the time they deserve without the feeling that I need to rush out. Therefore, from now on, there will not be an official time limit for drop-in visits! I will stay with your cat for as long as they need me.

New Service: Enrichment Visit

As life returns to normal, you may need to be back at the office for long hours at a time. How will that impact your energetic kitten, who may get bored and cause chaos if left unattended for too long? How will your cat react if they got used to sitting in your lap while you work from home all day? Is your cat showing signs of separation anxiety and needs extra love and attention during the day?

An Enrichment Visit may be the solution. I will visit your cat during the day, while you are at work, just to play, pet, and hang out. Your cat will enjoy the attention, and you will enjoy the peace of mind and more cat photos to show off to your colleagues!

New Service: Litter Box Scooping Visit

A clean litter box is essential for the well-being of your cat. For most cat owners, litter scooping is just part of the daily cat care routine. However, litter scooping may be a challenge, especially for cat owners who are pregnant and concerned about the risk of Toxoplasmosis or suffering from an injury or a health issue. To help, I will come in to scoop and clean and make sure your cat’s environment is tidy while you can focus on your own health and safety.
